Bocce Hibernating Until Nice Weather Returns

Sirs Bocce Ball Resumes on April 8th 2019!

To sign up for email alerts send your email address with a “bocce alert” (on the subject line) to truman.howard@gmail.com.

All Sirs are welcome!

Games start at 9:30 a.m. April of 2019 when the town of Danville opens the courts at Sycamore Park.

No April Fools jokes; see you next year.

New member Scott Jordan had great beginners luck as he dominated some old timers. All Sirs are welcome.

We play every Monday at 9:30 a.m. Don't be late!

Members just show up on time, and, if you have bocce balls bring them

At least 20 of our 42 members congregated every Monday morning from 9:30 - 11:30 during our playing season (April-November) this past year! The NEW Sycamore Valley Park bocce courts located at 2101 Holbrook Drive in Danville proved to be quite an upgrade from the old courts.

(All will miss Bruce Saltzman who was always in front!)

It's always fun and games at SIR 128 Bocce Group. No skill or special equipment needed! If interested, please contact our activity leader, Truman Howard or assistant leader, Chuck Lipper.

Greg Lema and George Melin are “King of the Hill” winners of the Challenge cup.  Many others challenged them over the year but none could defeat them.
Congratulations to Bob Biosotti, winner of the coveted “Golden Shoe Award”, for having more first casinos than anyone!
