Fishing meets the 3rd Thursday of the month at 8:30 AM at Legends located at the Diablo Creek Golf Course 4050 Port Chicago Highway in Concord. They will be discussing crab rockfish combo trips for our group on Party boats. Pedro will be taking out members on his boat for crab-only adventures and along with another member they will do several trips to the delta for sturgeon and stripers before the end of the year. Hiking: The November 10 hike will depart from the trailhead across the street from 1883 Rockspring Place, WC at 8:30 AM. Parking is on the street. This 3-ish hour moderate hike will cover about 6 miles. We will explore the Walnut Creek Open Space and venture onto trails in the Diablo Foothills Regional Park. Walking Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at Peet’s in Danville. On November 14th we will start at 9am weather permitting. We walk for 90 minutes on flat ground.
