SIR BRANCH - 128

SAN RAMON VALLEY

Cribbage

Are you interested in learning about and/or playing a card game that was invented in the early 1700’s, was brought to the New World by English colonists, was played extensively by submariners during WWII, and remains very popular with card playing enthusiasts to this day?

I am happy to announce that cribbage is a new activity coming to Branch 128. For those not familiar with the game, a basic tutorial can be found on this web site: https://www.instructables.com/How-to-Play-Cribbage/

Our group meets from 1-4 pm at the San Ramon Senior Center on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month.
We have a reserved room to gather. Bring in snacks, drinks, lunch whatever we would like. There is a nominal charge for the room of $4 per person for San Ramon residents and $5 for non-residents.

New to the game? New players are encouraged to come and learn the game. We will have an experienced player sit with you for a couple of  games as you learn.

Contact Joe Santone if you are interested - (925) 708-5416
