Are you interested in learning about and/or playing a card game that was invented in the early 1700’s, was brought to the New World by English colonists, was played extensively by submariners during WWII, and remains very popular with card playing enthusiasts to this day?

We meet in a private room at the San Ramon Senior Center 9300 Alcosta Blvd.
 
There is a nominal charge for the room of $4 per person for San Ramon residents and $5 for non-residents.

The branch cycling group members have a great time getting together for some vigorous adventures and old standby local rides throughout the east bay

Mondays (moderate) and Thursdays (easy) starting around 8:00 am to 9:30 am depending on the time of year. Rainouts are at Pete’s in Danville. Sign-up and get email annoucements. East Bay and sometimes beyond. We usually meet at Starbucks on Alcosta and Village Parkway or in Danville behind the Railroad Museum.

The concept for this activity is to get together with 2-3 other couples, set a schedule with rotating host couples and enjoy wonderful evenings together. Meet monthly, every other month or quarterly as determined within your group. One group has already formed and is planning to meet about five times a year but you can set whatever schedule you want.

Poker Group 1 meets 1st and 3rd Monday evenings each month, 7 to 10 pm

Poker #3 meets on 3rd Monday of each month at 1:00 PM.
 
Poker #4 meets on 1st Wednesday of each month at 1 pm at the San Ramon Senior Center

This activity would be a monthly breakfast or lunch meeting of Branch men who have lost loved ones. The environment is intended to be compassionate and encouraging. Members can share their feelings and experiences on how they are coping. This activity creates a support system through talking, bonding and group interaction.

We walk for 90 minutes on flat ground. Bring your significant other or your dog or both. Walking can help you lose weight, improve cardiovascular fitness as well as strengthen your bones and muscles.
