Bocce a game in which players roll heavy balls across an area of ground and try to get each ball to stop as near as possible to a smaller ball

The concept for this activity is to get together with 2-3 other couples, set a schedule with rotating host couples and enjoy wonderful evenings together. Meet monthly, every other month or quarterly as determined within your group. One group has already formed and is planning to meet about five times a year but you can set whatever schedule you want.

The 9-Hole golf group plays on Tuesday and Friday mornings.   There are approximately eight of who play. No reservation is required, just show up and join us.

This golf group plays 18 holes every Tuesday, weather permitting, all over the East Bay.  Each member takes a turn to organize the weekly outing.

Monthly “Day at the Movies”, attending a movie of your choice, followed by drinks, appetizers or a light dinner at a nearby casual restaurant to discuss our movie experiences.

On the 3rd Friday of each month we will meet between 1PM -2PM at the theater, depending upon the starting times of the movies.
Hacienda Movie Theater in Dublin, follow by drinks, appetizers or a light dinner at a nearby restaurant at Hacienda. These will include Lazy Dog, On the Border, Black Angus and others, all within walking distance of the theater.

We’re bringing some Couth to Your Youth with a new group for SIRS and their friends and family who want to experience the beauty and majesty of classical Opera and Ballet without blowing the budget or making a huge time commitment.

Poker Group 2 meets one Tuesday/Wednesday evening each month, 7 to 10 pm

The Wine Fellowship meets to sample wines at various times.  Gatherings can take place at any number of commercial venues as well as at member homes.

WINTER SPORTS
The ski group organizes local  and travel trips through the ski season.   They are always looking for more participants.  Our group has skiers of all levels from beginners to experts. Most are intermediate skiers.
