Tuesday 18 Hole Golf Group
As you can see from these activity group photo ops from our past, our group seeks first and foremost, to have a great day of golf fun! We play every Tuesday (sometimes on Monday), weather and pandemic restrictions permitting, all over the East Bay (Scroll down this page to check out our schedule). Some of our favorite courses are fairly close by but we do venture out as far north as Napa, as far east as Fairfield and Discovery Bay and as far south as the Monterey peninsula (see our latest course list).
Our activity principles, policies and practices...
Primary purpose of this activity group is to be a "fun golf group" AND to facilitate group members meeting and enjoy all other members in our group over time.
We will set up foursomes to facilitate this goal and attempt to avoid having the same pairs playing together on a regular basis. If we have foursomes that insist on playing together, we would direct them to schedule there own times on Tuesday or play together on a different day.
Foursomes will be organized in an attempt a achieve balance of players skills and/or playing speeds
We encourage ALL members to PLAY READY - developing good habits to speed up play!
If you want to play.....
- You need to register using our RSVP feature which you can find in the next page section "Our Schedule & Outing Registration Links"
- allows you to specify guest name(s) and/or desired cart partner
- you can modify your registration up until the weekend before the outing
- Registration should be open approximately 3-5 weeks in advance of the golf outing with confirmation going to the course 1 week in advance
- Final pairings will be determined by the weekend before the outing and emailed to all that have registered
- In most cases, we will continue to work with courses to allow us to pay individually as we check in
- In some cases though, we will be collecting payments in advance
If you would like to get on our email notification list, please update your web site account profile and check the "TUESDAY GOLF ACTIVITY MEMBER BOX". You will then start receiving emails sent to this activity group.
NCGA Membership Info...
Northern California Golf Association Membership is a valuable affiliation even if you are a duffer. Membership offers : Establishing and maintenance of your personal handicap, various golfing and travel discounts, an informative and attractive quarterly golf magazine.
Membership through SIRS is a real value. 2023 regular annual membership is only $39 to renew and $49 if you are a new member. If you are an existing NCGA member with a different organization, you can transfer to our branch group for no additional fee and save some money. I have never heard of a lower priced entry into this association than through SIRS.

Course scheduling is accomplished by our dedicated golf committee members who handle booking courses and coordinating our interactions with the golf course Pro Shops.
